The Employment Program helps to secure sustainable employment for CWS Lancaster clients for up to 5 years after the resettlement period ends.
Each client must complete a multi-class job orientation process, which covers American workplace expectations, worker rights and responsibilities, and soft skills such as punctuality, attendance and best work practices.
The Employment Specialists then help the client prepare a resume and proceed to contact area employers until an appropriate placement is made.
