Case Managers ensure that services like medical appointments, housing, furniture, clothing, food, English as a second language (ESL) registration, school registration, and cultural orientation are provided for these individuals.

In addition: CWS Lancaster has extended services available for families beyond the initial resettlement period with their Case Managers. Our Intensive Health Program is able to assist individuals for 2 years beyond arrival and our Refugee Services Navigator is able to assist with community referrals and navigating for up 5 years beyond arrival.
